Comments: I'm adding another review of Ron Ayers. After spending 20 minutes looking up parts on the fiches (on the newly redesigned site that doesn't give much real estate to the fiches) and beginning to place an order, I got a screenful of server error messages. Tried the order a couple of more times with no luck. No way to save shopping cart. Grr. Tried another browser, tried again the next day, no luck. This was on July 4th weekend, so everyone was out of the office until Tuesday (this was on a Saturday.) I emailed them twice about the error and never got a response. Finally Tuesday I was able to place my order. They said they'd email me when they shipped my stuff, but by the following Tuesday I hadn't received anything, so I contacted them, and they said my stuff had been shipped - so much for notifying me of that. :/ But they didn't include the tracking number, so I had to contact them AGAIN. I found all their email responses curt and not very friendly. I've got very mixed feelings about these folks. I certainly won't use them for anything but OEM parts.
