Comments: I ordered a tire. The price was good and the shipping speed was fine. What I disliked were (1) the fact that I had to create a profile just to buy a freakin' tire; (2) the fact that I got no order confirmation (had to log back on to see my order was there); (3) no word whatsoever that the thing had been shipped. They left me wondering if it was on its way, backordered, or whatever; and (4) no one ever seems to pick up the phone. When I called to check on the order (repeatedly), I got voicemail, even during normal business hours. I really didn't like the communication vacuum. I'll probably buy elsewhere in future.
