Comments: Not a place for the newbies. They took me for a ride (pun intended) when I bought my first bike. My fault for not knowing any better, but they charged $1,500 for the setup and delivery fees. They refuse test rides (they even put up a fuss if it's a used bike). They are all seemingly nice enough people, but considering the ethical issue of overcharging for a non-existent service with a meaningless fee, I would probably reconsider. I will never buy from them again. |
