Comments: If you want something from this vendor, don't bother with emailing or the website as you won't get any reply. Just call. Seems like most orders take about 3 weeks from making the call till it's on your doorstep.

I wouldn't deal with them if there were any other option (for custom conversion stuff, like 520 sprockets).
