After winning an auction for a helmet on eBay and paying for the item immediately, I was later informed they do not have the item in stock and will not be able to complete the transaction. I accepted their offer for a refund, but left them negative feedback, as I needed the helmet A.S.A.P., and they had wasted valuable time.
Rather than graciously refunding my money and accepting the negative feedback, they choose to leave me negative feedback as well.
Now I am compelled to warn any potential customers - AVOID THIS VENDOR, their customer service is the worst!
