Comments: I placed an order for several items, and received all but the Fog City insert. I waited a few days, still no insert or communication. Finally called them and was informed that it happened to go on backorder "just" after I placed the order. The backorder did not stop them from charging my card. I thought that was illegal..
I asked them if they could tell me how long I would have to wait and they said that they cannot give me any estimate at all. The funny thing is that I looked online and see no mention on this item that it is backordered. (I even tried adding it to a shopping cart.) Frankly, the handling of this transaction has been unacceptable.
